Dr. Ariel Shao graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Microbiology and Immunology with a minor in Commerce, and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from UBC. During her academic training, she gained research experience focused on Invisalign orthodontic treatment outcomes, developing a strong foundation in evidence-based clinical decision-making.
